ARC / THERAPY does not require an account and does not include advertising, an analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, or an ARC / THERAPY server. The developer does not collect your artwork or usage activity through the app.
1. Who operates ARC / THERAPY
ARC / THERAPY is developed and operated by Mikhail Fedorov, publicly known as Fruskate (“we,” “us,” or “the developer”), in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Information processed on your device
Artwork and Gallery
Your artwork, thumbnails, replay gestures, rendering seed, preferences, and thermal/material surface state are stored in the app’s private container on your device. They are not uploaded to us.
Motion
Device-motion samples may be used in memory to move reflections across the virtual metal. Motion samples are not saved, linked to your identity, used for advertising, or transmitted by the app. Reduce Motion disables this response.
Preferences
Settings such as power, sound, rendering quality, finish color, selected style, and accessibility options remain in the app’s local preferences.
3. Apple system services
Photos
The app requests access to Photos only after you choose to save an image or video. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Share Sheet
When you choose Share, iOS presents the system Share Sheet. You decide which person, app, or service receives the exported file. The destination’s privacy policy applies after you share it.
StoreKit and purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple. The app reads verified product and entitlement information needed to unlock a purchase, but we do not receive your card or banking details. Apple may independently process transaction, diagnostic, and TestFlight information under Apple’s privacy terms.
4. Support requests and this website
The dedicated ARC / THERAPY pages do not load Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, advertising pixels, or social trackers.
If you submit the support form, we receive the email address, topic, message, and any optional name, device, or app-version details you enter. We use this information only to answer, investigate, secure, and improve the support experience. A one-way hash derived from the request IP may be held temporarily for rate limiting; it expires automatically.
A strictly necessary session and CSRF cookie may be used to protect support-form submissions. Other areas of fruskate.com have their own website privacy policy.
5. Retention, deletion, and your choices
- Local artwork remains until you delete it, reset the surface, or remove the app.
- Support requests are automatically deleted after 12 months. You may request earlier deletion through the Support page.
- You can revoke Photos access in iOS Settings.
- You can request deletion of a support request through the Support page. Include the email used in the original request so we can locate it.
6. Children’s privacy
ARC / THERAPY is a general-audience creative app and is not directed to children. Because the app has no account or developer-operated analytics, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
7. Security and international processing
Dedicated ARC / THERAPY web pages use HTTPS. Support information is processed on the infrastructure used for fruskate.com and may be processed outside your country. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be reflected in the app or its App Store information where appropriate.
9. Contact
Privacy and support questions can be sent through the ARC / THERAPY Support page.
